DUBAI: Viceroy’s Table, an opulent Indian dining destination in the heart of Jumeirah, has launched a new cocktail menu that turns every sip into a journey through India’s vibrant landscapes and regal traditions.

The drinks are crafted to reflect the elegance of the Maharajas’ courts, the mystique of moonlit palace gardens, and the colourful chaos of spice bazaars – all served in a glass.

Each cocktail in this newly unveiled collection draws on Indian heritage and regional flavours, bringing together exotic ingredients with refined mixology. With stories steeped in culture and flavours layered with intention, these aren’t simply beverages – they are immersive experiences for the senses.

Signature drinks

Among the standout offerings is the Saffron Spice, a floral-meets-fiery blend that combines the subtlety of saffron with the heat of Bhavnagri chilli, infused into gin for a slow-burning finish. The Coastal Picante brings the intensity of vindaloo spice into a tequila-forward drink, tempered by sweet agave to balance its rebellious edge.

The Rassam Mary reinvents the classic Bloody Mary with a South Indian twist — think tomato water, rasam spices, chilli and curry leaf oil stirred into vodka for a bold, umami-forward profile. Then there’s the Himalayan G+T, where crisp gin is lifted with chamomile, wild honey, orange and ginger, conjuring a breezy Himalayan meadow in every pour.

Immersive experience

The cocktail menu reflects the same ethos that defines Viceroy’s Table – a space where colonial-era Gymkhana glamour meets contemporary culinary finesse. With interiors echoing historical opulence and a menu grounded in Anglo-Indian flavours and seasonal British ingredients, the restaurant is a sensory voyage from plate to palate.

Designed as a place of high spirits and heartfelt hospitality, Viceroy’s Table is more than a visual delight – it’s a destination where each drink and dish narrates a legacy. From tableside theatrics to flavour-packed tandoor and chaat-inspired sharing plates, the experience here is always regal.
